The EUropeNET program was implemented from 1 to 6 December 2019 in Polanica Zdrój, Poland, with the EFM as the implementing body, with funding from the Erasmus + Program.

In implementing joint projects, we concluded that in the context of youth organizations, especially those working with young people with fewer opportunities, there is a need to organize a Content Management System because in recent years the number of partner organizations cooperating shrinking between them.

This affects project implementation, but reduces and reduces training options, especially for young people with fewer opportunities and instructors. For some years now, many youth organizations have been building their own network of partners, working with them but limiting their own activities or working in a limited range. According to this, there is a real need between partner organizations to organize a Content Management System that will allow both new and experienced organizations to expand their collaboration cycle, as well as be open to new opportunities. That is why it is necessary to know better the framework of cooperation, the profile of the organizations as well as the socio-economic situation of their countries.

The goals of the program:

  • Exchange of experiences between youth workers and project coordinators
  • Creating sustainable partnerships that will help develop new projects
  • Familiarize yourself with project coordinators and youth workers on how to use new technology tools for international project management in order to support the learning process of young people with fewer opportunities and trainers, as well as disseminate project results in youth areas
  • Innovative use of the Erasmus + program to create projects in the field of youth, in which young people with fewer opportunities will participate
  • Creating new opportunities for young people to participate in the Erasmus + Program
  • Improving the quality of youth projects
  • Increasing the diversity of youth plans by establishing new partnerships and increasing the knowledge of youth workers and youth project coordinators
  • Develop a strong partnership between organizations that will allow partners to create and develop youth policies in the community, the country and Europe.
